Do I need any special degree to join your affiliate program?
No you don't. We have trained specialists, so you can address the clients' questions. We will look after post order customer service, order processing, order fulfillment, billings, collection, customer record keeping and information technology services.
Do you provide Affiliates with support?
Yes, we provide our Affiliates with comprehensive and convenient support system, starting from setting up the business to technical issues, marketing the pharmacy website, etc.
Do you accept SPAM?
We don't tolerate spam. Affiliates will be immediately terminated, with the loss of all commissions if we receive SPAM complaints about your website. Contact our Affiliate Support Service for additional information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank transfers, certified checks, wire transfers, E-passporte, E-gold. If any other payment method is more convenient for you, please contact our Affiliate Support Service.
Can I change my template?
Yes, and this is highly recommended. One of the best methods of optimizing your site for search engines is based on having unique content. Attention! All our sites are based on PHP, so PHP must be supported by your ISP.
Will I be an exclusive owner over the template?
No, you won't. You will have only license to use it totally free and it is highly recommended to make changes in your template, because others are able to select the same template that you have selected. Can I recruit my own Affiliates?

Do I have to posses any minimal commission before I get paid?
Yes, the minimal commission is $500 for wires and $100 for all other payment methods.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, and you are welcome to do this. You may set any prices on any medications you like but beware of setting too low prices, because you can be drawn into a price war. You may also set your own shipping charge.
Can I work with international clients?
Yes, you are welcome. Moreover, you may build your site on any language you want and any prices you want! If you are not based in the U.S. or Canada you may still join our Affiliate program.
What products are available on my own online store?
All medications that are in the List of products are available.
Do you offer refunds?
In case of refund you do not have to pay any fine, but we will keep your commission, so try to aware refunds if you do not want to lose your commission.
Can I design several pharmacy sites?
Yes, you are welcome to create as many websites as you want.
Do you offer website domain names?
Yes, we do. Moreover, you will be the owner of the domain name.
What are the most preferable marketing methods?
The most preferable are paid advertising in search engines or search engines optimization. However, you may use pay off methods, such as exchanging banners with your partners and recruiting new Affiliates, but they are less profitable.
